Async observer does not take into account async element in subtree

The Async JS observer is used to observer DOM changes to detect if an xwiki-async element has been added or made visible to activate it as a placeholder.
However apparently we only look the mutation on the exact element, so adding an entire tree that contains an xwiki-async element won't activate that specific placeholder.
