Steps to reproduce:

1. Login (User has admin role)
2. Go to profile page by clicking on the person icon on the top right
3. select edit for the (still grey) profile picture
4. Select file (png in that case)
5. Click Upload

Various error messages when trying to reproduce. Sometimes UI (see attached files), sometimes "server doesnt respond", sometimes the one below.
