Use FARM as default solr indexer startup mode

    Description

      A Solr Indexer Startup Mode has been introduced in XWiki 12.5RC1 as part of XWIKI-17432 mainly to deal with big farms such as myxwiki.org. However the default value has been set to WIKI mode which is breaking change, we should use FARM mode for default.
