Notifications bell is displayed for guest users

    Description

      STEPS TO REPRODUCE

      1. Logout from a wiki (Main Wiki or subwiki)
      2. Observe the Navigation Bar

      EXPECTED RESULTS

      For a guest user, the Notifications bell is not displayed.

      ACTUAL RESULTS

      Notification bell is displayed and when clicked on, a small (blank) part of the notifications list is revealed.

      The issue could not be reproduced on XWiki 12.4.
