Replace Jobs with threads to handle mentions asynchronously

    Description

      Currently the mentions are handled asynchronously using xwiki jobs.
      As this approach does not scale, it should be replaced with low priority threads pool, simmilar to what is done in xwiki-platform-notifications-rest (see NotificationEventExecutor)
