Parsing of content for mentions analysis is wrongly using syntax xwiki/2.1

When parsing content to identify if new mentions have been introduced during a creation or update of a document (for instance, in comments or awm fields), the syntax used if always xwiki/2.1.

This is unsafe and the actual syntax of the content must be identified and used.
