Integrating color pickers on the mentions administration

Currently the colors settings of the administration are free text fields, which is fine because user can choose to use difference css format such as `#rrggbb` or `rgb(r,g,b,a)`.

But that's not really user friendly, it could be interesting to integrate a color picker.
