Mentions Notifications settings are automatically reset after a restart

Reproduction step:
1. Login as Admin and go to Administration > Notifications
2. Switch off Mentions Notifications (you might reload to be sure the change is saved)
3. Restart the instance
4. Login as Admin and go to Administration > Notifications

Expected result:

• Mentions Notifications are still off

Obtained result:

• Mentions Notifications are back on
