Annotation anchor not working when "show annotations" is off

1. Create an annotation with ctrl+m

2. Turn off "view annotations"

3. Anchor in from the annotation in the comment section does not work anymore.

-> Would be great, if the jump to the anchor does work, regardless of the annotation setting.
