It's not possible anymore to have a wiki macro parameter of type Wiki

Regression caused by XWIKI-16520.

Since there is no Converter for type Block the wiki macro crashes. That's the expected behavior for any Java macro but since we used to not do the automatic conversion in wiki macros this end up being a regression that might break some use cases like the possibility to set a parameter as type wiki to use the macro wikimacroparameter.
