      Description

      STEPS TO REPRODUCE

      1. Login
      2. Go to Notifications Preferences and make sure the Pages toggles are OFF
      3. Click on Notification bell to open Notification Menu
      4. Click on 'Watch this wiki' toggle to switch all 3 watch toggles OFF or ON
      5. Refresh the page
      6. Observe the Pages toggles state on Notifications Preferences

      EXPECTED RESULTS

The Pages toggles are still OFF, as they are not affected by the wiki watch state being changed.

      ACTUAL RESULTS

After switching OFF 'Watch this wiki' toggle, the Pages toggles switch themselves ON.

The same happens when 'Watch this wiki' toggle is switched ON.

The issue reproduces on XWiki 12.5 and also on XWiki 12.6.2.
It can be reproduced on 11.10.10 too by installing Blog extension and enabling Blog Notifications just after login in the reproduction steps.
