Allow increasing the Executor timeout for starting xwiki with maven on the command line

Useful when debugging as otherwise XWiki will timeout under 120s which is too short when debugging.

New System property: xwikiExecutionStartTimeout

Example usage:

mvn clean verify -Ddebug=true -Dpattern=.*documentModifiedCacheSync.* -DxwikiExecutionStartTimeout=1200
