Old entries are still displayed in Applications Panel after renaming an AWM application

    Description

      STEPS TO REPRODUCE

      1. Login as Admin
      2. Create an AWM (e.g. App1)
      3. On AWM page, click 'More Actions' > 'Move / Rename'
      4. Type a new name (e.g. App2)
      5. Click 'Rename'
      6. Observe the Applications Panel

      EXPECTED RESULTS

      In Applications Panel is listed only the renamed AWM application entry.

      ACTUAL RESULTS

      Beside the entry of the renamed application is listed also the entry of the former application name (App1), which points to a non existing page.

      If the AWM app is renamed multiple times, all former entries are displayed in Applications Panel.

      The issue could not be reproduced on XWiki 12.4.
