Make Document.saveDocument() protected and add a protected Document.deleteDocument().

In a "customClass" extended Document it is difficult to make actions at save and delete time. To be able to overwrite theses Document.saveDocument is made protected and a protected Document.deleteDocument is created called by Document.delete() and Document.deleteWithProgrammingRights().
