2.4.1 Bypass Blocks
The web pages do not have skip links that allow skipping blocks of content that is repeated on multiple pages. In this case, it should skip the elements in the black
bar (logo, notifications, profile and menu). A skip link facilitates the navigation method for people who depend on the keyboard operation.
