Subwiki date format preferences are not taken into account when displaying the document creation date in the footer

How to reproduce:

• create a subwiki on a farm
• go to the preferences of the wiki, update the date format to dd MMMM yyyy HH:mm , for example
• go to a page and compare the display of the "last modified" date under the document title with the "created by" date on the bottom of the document

Expected result:
both dates are displayed with the dd MMMM yyyy HH:mm format configured in the preferences of the subwiki

Actual result:
The last modified date is displayed with the expected format, while the created by date is displayed with what seems to be the date format of the main wiki
