Only the default language is taken into account for displaying notifications

Reproduction steps:

• Setup a multilingual wiki french/english with default language set to english
• Create an user, activate notifications for it and send some events
• Log in to this user and set the language to French

Expected result:

• the notifications are displayed in french

Obtained result:

• The notifications remains displayed in english in both the dashboard and the notification area

Note that switching the default language of the wiki to French fixes the problem when displaying the wiki in french.
