In-line editing of a property value should be enabled only if the current user is allowed to edit that property

ATM in-line editing (double click) is always enabled. We need to support the following use cases:

• the current user is not allowed to edit some live data entries (this is very common because a live data entry will correspond to a wiki page most of the time, and wiki page editing can be restricted)
• the current user is not allowed to edit some of the properties of a given live data entry (the properties of a live data entry cold come from multiple wiki pages with different access rights settings)

So the safest is to support restricting in-line editing for any property of a live data entry.
