Attachments appear with version 1.2 when creating a page using a template that already has attachments

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a page and add some attachments (pdf, doc, jpeg eg.)
2. Observe the versions with which the attachments are created
3. Go to "Administer Wiki"
4. Go to Content and click on Page Templates
5. Write a "Template Provider" name in the Page field
6. Click on Create
7. Write a name in the "Template name" field
8. In the "Template to use" field, put the PageName.Space of the previously created page
9. Click "Save and View"
10. Create a new page using the template
11. Observe the version with which the attachments are created

Expected results: The attachments are created with version 1.1 in both cases.

Actual results:

1. The attachments are created with version 1.1 when uploaded on the page that is used as template
2. The attachments appear with version 1.2 ONLY, on the page created using the template.
   Version 1.1 doesn't appear at all
