Template provider UI is not fully translated

Steps to reproduce:
1. Set a monolingual wiki to support only French language
2. Create a class + sheet + template + template provider
3. Visit the template provider

Expected result: All the UI is translated
Actual result: The name and the description values are not translated in French.
