Live notifications emails are always generated from main wiki

STEPS TO REPLICATE

1. clean install v12.9
2. set main wiki mail config (from-email: mainwiki@mainwiki.com) optionally change main wiki logo
3. create subwiki and set subwiki mail config (from email: subwiki@subwiki.com) and optionally logo
4. create 2 users in subwiki set their email frequency to LIVE.
5. comment/edit any page

EXPECTED RESULT

• live notfications from subwiki are sent from subwiki@subwiki.com with subwiki logo

ACTUAL RESULT

• live notifications from subwiki are sent from mainwiki@mainwiki.com with main wiki logo
