Cannot add a new gadget in the dashboard

    Description

      Reproduction steps:

      • wIth admin user edit the dashboard
      • try to add a new gadget

      Expected result:

      • the UI displays the gadget selection

      Obtained result:

      • a wheel appear on the gadget button and keeps spinning, the following error appear in the browser console: 
        Uncaught ReferenceError: $jsontool is not defined
