PDF export: page header and content overlap when header is shown on 3 lines

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a page with a longer Title eg "Té£ / stΦéd - There are 5 French accents: the cédille Ç, the accent aigu é, the accent circonflexe â, ê, î, ô, û, the accent grave à, è, ù and the accent tréma ë, ï,ü. The umlaut (ä, ë, ï, ö, ü) is the only accent used in German writing"
2. Export page as PDF (More actions > Export > Export as PDF > Export)
3. Access each PDF page

Expected results: All content is exporter properly.

Actual results: The First sentence from the content is overlapping the line that separates the Header from the content.
