Improve the L&F of the live data macro

Some feedback received:

• The sort arrow looks weird since there's no box around the column headers
• The filter inputs are a bit too close to each other
• The filter input can make a column take too much space (it has a minimum width too large); we need a way to restrict the width of the filter input / the column
• It feels weird to start with the hamburger menu in the left, I'd move it to right at the end of the line; same for reload
• for some columns it makes sense to control the alignment (we may want to align the action column to the right)
