'Translate' button is displayed in view mode and is not translated anymore

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Set the wiki to be multilingual, with Supported Languages: EN, FR and default language EN
2. Create a page e.g. P1 (which will have the original language EN)
3. Go to Home page
4. Switch the language in FR
5. Go to P1

EXPECTED RESULTS

The 'Translate' button is not displayed in View Mode, but in Edit Mode, after clicking 'Modifier' and is translated in French ('Traduire').

ACTUAL RESULTS

The 'Translate' button is displayed in View Mode and is not translated in French. Also, if hovered, the tooltip is displayed also in English, although the wiki is in French.

Only after clicking 'Modifier' to enter Edit Mode, the tooltip is displayed in French, but the button is still in English.

The issue could not be reproduced in XWiki 12.10.4 or 13.1.
