Extension page are no longer properly displaying the ratings

Following the refactoring of Ratings application, the ExtensionSheet has not been properly fixed so we don't see anymore the ratings displayed but we see instead #displayFullRating($doc.documentReference ""). It's apparently related to the RatingsMacros page which has been moved from XWiki space to XWiki.Ratings space.
