Add a link to the user profile when editing a user in the "edit user" lightbox

Add this only for the currently logged in user. The reason is that there are more edit options in the user profile for the currently logged in user like the ability to switch editing mode, change password, etc).

Alternatively these features could also be added to the lightbox (even better but harder and would need to have duplication for easier maintenance).
