XWikiAction#jsonAnswer should not lead to a template evaluation

    Description

      We use XWikiAction#jsonAnswer to directly send a response to the client, but apparently we never mark the context as finished. And even if we did, marking the context as finished is not enough to prevent evaluating the templates in Utils#parseTemplate. A new flag should probably be introduced to prevent this.
