Allow to order administration headings within an administration section page

ConfigurableClass allows to extends easily the administration with categories and sections. It's currently possible to order the sections under a category. However we can also create multiple ConfigurableClass xobjects for the same dedicated section, in which case they all appear in the same Administration page. And it's currently not possible to define their order.
So we'd need a new dedicated field to order the sections in a page.
