Static List Default choice is kept after choice deletion

Expected Behaviour:

When deleted, radio choices should not be available anymore even if set to default choice.

Issue occurs when:

• Create/Edit an AVM application (no matter the name)
• In the structure part, add a Static List
• Edit the list:
  • Set "Display Type" to "radio"
  • Apply changes to the Static List (check mark icon)
• Select one of the choices available
• Edit the list again
  • Remove every values
  • Add new values, for example:
    • Value: Pending - ID: 0
    • Value: Accepted - ID: 1
    • Value: Refused - ID: 2
• Apply changes again

NB: Easily observable if a choice is set as default and then every values are deleted.
