'Error saving the notification setting' when following users

    Description

      STEPS TO REPRODUCE

      1. Login as Admin
      2. Enable the Message Stream from Administer Wiki > Social > Message Stream
      3. Go to an user's profile
      4. Under Activity stream click on 'Not following'
      5. Click on 'Start following'

      EXPECTED RESULTS

      A success message appears at the bottom of the page and the user is followed.

      ACTUAL RESULTS

      An error occurs at the bottom of the page: 'Error saving the notification setting', which makes following the user not possible.

      The issue doesn't reproduce on XWiki 13.1 or 12.10.5.
