Add a page link with an anchor to the mention for email mentions notifications events

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Login as Admin
2. Create an user (e.g. U1, with a valid email address)
3. Login as U1
4. Go to Notifications Settings > Applications section and set Mentions toggles to ON for both Notification Menu and Email
5. Login as Admin
6. Mention the user on a simple page
7. Trigger the 'Notifications daily email' job from Scheduler.WebHome
8. Observe the email received for user U1

EXPECTED RESULTS

On received email, the mention event contains the link to the page the user is mentioned with an anchor to the actual mention, like on the notifications list.

ACTUAL RESULTS

The mention event from email displays only the link to the page.
