Extension updater proposes to upgrade Admin User Application to 13.3 on a 12.10.7 instance with Standard Flavor Pre-installed

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Unzip a fresh instance of XWiki 12.10.7 (Jetty+HSQLDB) with Standard Flavor Pre-installed
2. Login as Admin
3. Go to Administer Wiki > Extensions > Updater
4. Click 'Check for updates'

EXPECTED RESULTS

No update should be proposed for Admin User Application as the version 12.10.7 is already installed.

ACTUAL RESULTS

An update to Admin User Application 13.3 (or 13.x) is proposed.

This happens only on a 12.10.7 instance with Standard Flavor Pre-installed. If the "data" folder is deleted and the DW is run to re-install the (Standard) flavor, no update is proposed.
