Cannot create notification filters for all event types

XWiki version 12.10.6.

To reproduce follow these steps : 

• Go to the user notifications settings page 
• On the filters sections, click on the "+ Add Filter" button to create a new filter
• On the creation form fill the fields with the values you want except for the field "EVENT TYPE" keep it empty
• Click on the "Save" button and notice the results

Expected result : A new filter has been added to the user notification filters

Actual result : Nothing happen, no filter added

This error is displayed on the browser console after the click on the save button, see screenshot :
