Username or group is missing from the filter drop-down after being filtered by in a table

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

I've chosen the following steps since they apply both to Live Data and Live Table:

1. Login as Admin
2. Create some subwikis
3. Grant Wiki Creation right to an user (e.g. U1) and create also one or more subwikis with the user
4. Go to Drawer > Wiki Index
5. In Owner column, click once and select an username (Admin or U1)
6. Delete the filtered username and click again the filter drop-down box

EXPECTED RESULTS

All usernames are displayed in the filter drop-down (including the previously filtered username that was just cleared from the box).

ACTUAL RESULTS

The previously filtered username (that was just cleared) is not displayed in the list. If the table is filtered by another user, and then the filter is cleared again, this user is also missing from the list.

On a Live Data Table the page needs a refresh to display back all the users/groups in the filter list, while on a Live table the user has to navigate again to the page containing the table.

The same happens on an AWM home page table containing an user or a group live columns.
