Add a filter on the date column of SendMailStatus

    Description

      A filter was displayed on the date column of SendMailStatus, but this filter actually never worked (the filter had no filter effect, regardless of the input value).

      When migrating from Livetable to Live Data, this non working filter has been removed.

      Yet it could be interesting to filter by date and a (working) filter should be added.
