Add automated test for "Change Timezone from Adminstration"

The test verifies that whether or not changing the Timezone from Administration is working properly.

I've looked in commits from https://jira.xwiki.org/browse/XWIKI-7847 and checked https://github.com/xwiki/xwiki-platform/blob/73b07f8352d1716b9945b577d6e4a3334f058a77/xwiki-platform-core/xwiki-platform-administration/xwiki-platform-administration-test/xwiki-platform-administration-test-pageobjects/src/main/java/org/xwiki/administration/test/po/LocalizationAdministrationSectionPage.java, but couldn't find automated tests for it.
Can you please confirm whether the automated test exists for it or not and maybe providing the link to it?

Simon Urli: I don't recall any tests for it, I checked very quickly on the flavor-test-ui just in case, but I don't see any Ilie Andriuta
