Fixed Modal window, CREATE and CANCEL button can’t be seen

Below are the steps to recreate the issue:

1. In horizontal menu bar(created using MenuItem) have a menu without any page linked to it, so It shows a question mark corresponding to it (Screenshot "QM" attached.)
2. Click on the submenu link. It will automatically navigate to page creation.
3. The modal window that appears is fixed, it can’t be moved around. With the resolution and screen size, the CREATE and CANCEL button can’t be seen even if the scroll bar is at the end. There is no way to create a page from here (Screenshot "xwikierror" is attached).
