Minor edit checkbox remains checked for further edits until explicitly unticked or the page is refreshed when in-place edit mode

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Edit a page in-place
2. Tick "Minor edit" checkbox
3. Click "Cancel" (or make some changes and click "Save & View")
4. Click Edit button to edit the page in-place again
5. Observe the state of the "Minor edit" checkbox

EXPECTED RESULTS

The "Minor edit" checkbox is not checked.

ACTUAL RESULTS

The "Minor edit" checkbox remains checked.

As a result, all further in-place changes are saved as minor edits until the "Minor edit" checkbox is unticked or the page is refreshed (F5) in-place edit mode.

The issue doesn't reproduce if the page is edited in WYSIWYG mode.
