Allow to decide where the Mark as read button is put in notifications template

    Description

      The notifications can be customized on extensions, so in some extension we can decide to display the notifications independently with a custom displayer even if they are grouped, by using a dedicated template and displayer component. However we don't have any control on the way the "Mark as read" button is displayed since this is controlled entirely by some javascript: it would be better to have this button displayed by the template and then controlled by the javascript.
