Notification system filters should not be displayed in a livedata

    Description

      Starting with the display of the system filters in a separate table from the user filters for preferences ( XWIKI-18406 ), the system filters have no reason to be in a table anymore.

      The table controls at this level are cluttering the UI more than it's needed, for a UI that is already complex to understand.

            This should be mostly solved by the PR proposed for XWIKI-21910. There'd be the layout menu dropdown left in here, now I think this part might need another feature (maybe a toggle parameter for the livedata macro to desactivate it).
            Or maybe we consider that just the dropdown button left is okay and close this issue as fixedby XWIKI-21910

            Hi lucaa I'm not sure what you suggest exactly: to just remove the pagination? I created XWIKI-21910 in relation with this. Besides that I do think we should keep the table because the filters presented here are dynamic: it's possible that an extension provides new filters. Now for me main problem on this UI is the slight ambiguity of switching on or off a filter: it's mainly wording on the description which is to be read "Switching on result in...". I know it confuses me sometimes at least.
