Changing a Wiki Owner from WikiManager Live Data table should display the corresponding warning from Administration

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Login as Admin
2. Create an user (e.g. U1)
3. Create a subwiki
4. Go to Wiki Index page
5. Mouse hover over the current subwiki owner
6. Click 'Edit' floating button
7. Change the owner to U1

EXPECTED RESULTS

A warning is displayed informing that once this is changed, the previous owner will lose their owner rights, like the warning from Administer Wiki > Wikis > Descriptor.

ACTUAL RESULTS

No warning is displayed. This may cause issues like users locking themselves out of their wiki.
