The page Comment event notification is received every time a deleted page with comments is restored

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Login as Admin
2. Create an user (e.g. U1)
3. Login as U1
4. Go to Notifications Settings > Applications section and set Pages toggles to ON (make sure "Watch this wiki" toggle from Notifications Menu is ON)
5. Login as Admin
6. Create a page (e.g. 'Pag1') and add a comment on it, then delete the page
7. Navigate to the deleted page's location and click "Restore" from Actions column
8. Login as U1 and observe the events received in Notifications list

EXPECTED RESULTS

The events displayed in U1's Notifications list are related to page being created, commented and deleted.

ACTUAL RESULTS

After the page restoration, the 'commented' event is displayed twice in the notifications list.

Actually, if the page is deleted and restored multiple times, a new 'commented' event is added to the list each time the page is restored (all events having the same timestamp).

The issue could be reproduced also on XWiki 13.4.3, 12.10.9 and 11.10.13.
