Refresh LiveData in realtime when new data is available

Some use cases:

• The LD displays less rows than the displayed capacity and a new entry is added. Refresh the view to display it without forcing the user to reload the page.
• Generally speaking some new entry is added or an existing entry has been modified, and they would be displayed if the page was refreshed. Automatically refresh the view without forcing the user to reload the page.
