Add option to restore attachment with its history

Steps to reproduce:

• Create a document, add an attachment and create several revisions for the attachment
• Delete the attachment
• Add more modifications to the document
• Go to http://localhost:8080/xwiki/bin/view/Main/AllDocs?view=deletedAttachments 

Result: the user does not have the possibility to restore the attachment with its history

Expected result: the user has a restore attachment link so he can keep both the latest modifications on the document and the history of the attachment.
