Rendering chain

I'd like to configure the "filter chain" of individual rendering steps (Wiki syntax, links, macros, Groovy, Velocity). Specifically, I want to enable or disable each of these, plug in additional filters, and modify the order of execution.

As with most XWiki preferences, this should be set and overridden at the Wiki, space, and page levels.
