LiveData tables aren't loading on IE 11

Steps to reproduce:

1. Using IE 11 access any page with LiveData tables eg. from Administration > Wiki Index, Other > Logging, Look & Feel > Menus, Mail > Mail Sending Status, Wikis > Wiki Templates, Sandbox > Children

Expected results: The LiveData tables are shown, populated with entries where available.

Actual results: The LiveData tables aren't shown, a loading icon appears. Nothing changes after refresh / hard refresh.

NOTE: This issue appears only on IE 11, it works on Edge 93, Chrome 93, Firefox 91

The LiveData tables are working on XWiki 13.7 with IE 11.
