Selecting a custom date range exclude the last minute of the day

Selecting a custom date range produce a date range in the form 2021-09-22T00:00:00+02:00/2021-09-24T23:59:00+02:00 where the last range finishes at 23h 59mns and 0 seconds, instead of 59 seconds, effectively excluding dates in the last minute of the selected ending hour (this is also true when selecting another ending minute).

The ending range should be be created with the last second on the selected ending minute.
