Add helper APIs to manipulate custom parameters in SimpleEventQuery

The store support filtering on custom event parameters, but it's current hard to know exactly what is the exact name of the field which contain a specific custom parameter and more importantly it's store specific which defeat the purpose of SimpleEventQuery.
