N/A should never be displayed for the actions

When an entry is not viewable, N/A is displayed on the entries to indicate to the user that the value is not displayed because he/she does not have the right to view it (in opposition to an actually empty value).

This is not relevant to do so for the actions. When a user does not have the right to do any action, the cell should just be empty.
